2. Who We Are

Vinayaka Funds is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor operating under ARN-340170. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We earn trail commission from mutual fund houses as disclosed per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2018/137. We do not charge advisory fees.

3. Nature of Services

We provide mutual fund distribution services only. Content on this Site — including calculators, articles, case studies, fund guides, and risk assessments — is for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or wealth management services.

Suitability assessments (such as the risk profiler) are provided to assist with distribution and do not constitute investment advice under SEBI regulations. All investment decisions remain yours.

4. No Guarantee of Returns

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance of any fund or strategy described on this Site does not guarantee future results. Projections and illustrations are hypothetical and for illustrative purposes only. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vinayaka Funds, its proprietor, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Market losses on any mutual fund investment
• Technical errors, downtime, or unavailability of the Site or client portal
• Unauthorised access to your account due to actions on your part

Your statutory rights under applicable Indian law are not affected by this limitation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
